Eligibility to Exhibit
Can I set up a stall even if I'm not a YEG member?
No, the current vendor eligibility is limited to active YEG members.
Can sole proprietors also open a store?
Yes, sole proprietors are also welcome to open a shop.
Please tell me about the criteria for vendor selection.
We primarily evaluate YEG membership qualifications, business performance, product and service quality/safety, and alignment with the mall's concept.
Technical Questions
How do I register products and manage inventory?
You can easily register products and manage inventory from a dedicated administration screen. We have prepared a manual for operating instructions.
Can it be integrated with shipping labels?
You can output a CSV compatible with Yamato Transport's B2 Cloud.
Sales Inquiries
When will the sales proceeds be transferred?
Sales for each month will be tallied at the end of the month and transferred to the designated account on the last day of the following month.
How do I handle returns and exchanges?
While this is generally left to the discretion of each vendor, we encourage flexible responses to improve customer satisfaction. Please clearly state your return and exchange policy on your vendor page.

Is it possible for multiple YEG members to open one store together?
In that case, please designate one representative and submit the application under their name.
What happens if I graduate from YEG after opening a store?
Even after graduating from YEG, you can continue to exhibit at our events.
