About Your Order

Select the desired product

Please select your product on the product details page.

Add to cart

Once you have decided on the product, click the "Add to Cart" button to proceed to the order process.
If you wish to continue shopping, please click the "Continue Shopping" button.

Proceed with the order

Please select your delivery address information, delivery method, and payment method.
If you are a registered member and are logged in, your registered customer information will be displayed, so please confirm it and proceed with the order.
* You can place an order without registering as a member. A confirmation screen will appear at the end, so please confirm carefully and finalize your order.

Order confirmation email arrival

After placing your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
It usually arrives within the next business day, so if you do not receive it, please contact the customer center.

About Shipping Fees

Since products are shipped from each store individually, shipping fees will be incurred for each store.
Shipping fees are set by each store.
After proceeding to "Order Procedure" from the cart, enter your "Delivery Address" to automatically calculate the shipping fees.

About Delivery

Delivery is estimated to be approximately 3-5 business days from the order date.
However, due to store circumstances, it may take longer. In such cases, we will notify you of the delivery delay by email.
Also, if the product you want is out of stock, we will notify you and cancel the order.

About Returns

Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
However, if the delivered product is damaged or broken due to an accident during shipping, or if the arrived product differs from the product you ordered, we will accept returns/exchanges. Please contact us by email within 3 days of product arrival.

About Receipts

For credit card payments

Please contact us via the inquiry window, stating your "order number, recipient name, description, and email address for receipt delivery." We will send it to you by email.

About Member Registration

Registering as a member will make your shopping experience smoother. After registration, you can log in with your registered email address and password. Member registration does not involve any annual fees, registration fees, renewal fees, maintenance fees, or any other charges.
