We deliver freshly harvested vegetables directly from the farm, Katsuki Saien, in Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture!

Katsuki Saien is a coriander farm with the highest individual production volume in Japan (according to MAFF statistics).

Kurume City, a city of rich land and water nurtured by the Chikugo River, the only class-A river in Kyushu, is famous not only for coriander but also as one of the leading leaf vegetable producing areas in Japan.

In addition to coriander, Katsuki Saien produces more than a dozen kinds of vegetables according to the season, including rice, soybeans, romaine lettuce, napa cabbage, cabbage, asparagus, fennel, takana, spinach, and broccoli.

Among these, the most noteworthy recently is this Carino Kale.

When you hear "kale," you might recall a certain commercial's:

It's awful! One more cup!

However, the era of awful kale is over!

This delicious kale can be eaten raw in a salad, stir-fried quickly, blanched briefly in hot water for shabu-shabu, or used as an ingredient in soups or miso soup.

Moreover, the beneficial nutritional values for the body, such as beta-carotene, vitamins, iron, and folic acid, are almost the same as conventional kale.

It's truly a superfood that combines high nutritional value and deliciousness!

Please give it a try!
