Satotomo Dashi, made from mountain ingredients, is a combination of the highly sweet Shiitake No. 115, Oita's Hetegi burdock root, and dried daikon radish. It's highly popular as a soup on its own, or as a dashi for all kinds of dishes! This is an additive-free dashi pack product for boiling.

Contents: 4g x 14 packs

Place approximately 200ml of water in a pot and thoroughly immerse one dashi pack.

Bring to a boil over medium heat and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Once it reaches your desired flavor, remove the dashi pack. We hope you'll create your "home taste" by adding your favorite soy sauce.
