"Umitomo Dashi," made with ingredients from the sea, is a dashi pack containing sweet shiitake mushroom No. 115, Saiki iriko (dried sardines), and Rausu kombu (kelp). It is an additive-free dashi pack for boiling, perfect as a soup on its own or as a dashi for various dishes.
Contents: 56g (4g x 14 packs). Place about 200ml of water in a pot and thoroughly immerse one dashi pack.
Bring to a boil over medium heat and simmer for 4-5 minutes. Once it reaches your preferred flavor, remove the dashi pack.
