・Desired atmosphere (Please tell us your preferred characters from the samples on this page or from other nameplate series)

(2) We will send you an image of the draft (concept of the characters to be written) for your confirmation (if there are multiple patterns, you can choose).

(3) Direct writing on the wood.

(4) Surface finishing.

The entire process will take approximately two weeks.
Please note that communication with the customer is necessary to create the best product, so message exchanges will be required.

・Can I see what the characters will look like before placing an order?
→Writing itself is a skill, so we cannot accommodate that request. Please only place an order if you feel "I want to ask this person" or "I can trust this person" after reviewing the sample images.
(※Please note that we absolutely do not accept cancellation requests or refunds for reasons such as not liking the font style after production has begun.)

・Will the ink fade if written directly on wood?
→We use weather-resistant ink specifically for writing on wood. It is less prone to bleeding than regular ink and excels in making the black of the characters stand out. Additionally, the surface is treated after writing, so it can be displayed outdoors. However, the color of the wood will change over time, and we do not guarantee its durability in environments exposed to rain.

・Is it possible to have a nameplate with just the family name?
→Yes, of course. The size of the wood will remain the same, so the characters will be slightly larger.
