We brew doburoku in Hoki Town, Saihaku County, Tottori Prefecture, an area rich in nature.

We use Gohyaku Mangoku rice, grown near the brewery, with a rice polishing ratio of 50%.

It has a clean, dry taste and can be enjoyed as a food-pairing sake.

Recommended for sake lovers.
